Call to Order at 5:07
Note that the Community Room was occupied with another meeting and would not be
available until 6:OOpm. Therefore, since a quorum was present, the meeting was
convened in the hallway for the purpose of postponing discussion on the agenda topics
until the next scheduled meeting of the Board.
Chairman's Report:
Peter Brace stated that he had not been notified of the meeting room conflict. He then
asked if everyone was comfortable with staying until 6:OOpm to hold the meeting, which
would mean that the meeting would not finish until approximately 7:30pm. Two
members said they could not stay. Jeff Carlson also said he could not stay, and that
Shellfish Warden J.C. Johnson would be able to attend the meeting in January, making
that a better choice.
Peter Boyce made a motion (second by Andy Lowell) to postpone the discussion of the
agenda items until the next meeting of the Board on January 5, 2016. The motion was
approved unanimously.
At this point, the meeting was adjourned by common consent.
The meeting adjourned at 5:1Opm.
