The regular meeting of the County Commissioner~ called to order
at 8:06 P.M. by Chairman Pease.
Present: Barrett,G lidden,pease ,Blair.
The minute~ of the last meeting read and declared approved.
A letter fron Town Counsel Sanguinetti read statmng he had been advised
that Manuel Morris has accepted your offer of $1,000.00 in settlement ~for
Lower Pleasnatland taken in widening Lower Pleasant Street.
St. Morris Voted: that Manuel Morris be paid $1,000.00 for land taken from
Settlement him in widening Lower Pleasant Street,settling suit.
A copy of Rule 10 of the General Rules concerning assignment of
Counsel in noncapitol felony cases,was presentedg and ordered file ".
