The regular meeting 0 f the County Conunissioners called to order
at 7 :40 P.M. by l1hairman Pease.
Present: Pease,Glidden,Burgess,Hardy
The minutes of the last meeting read and approved by vote.
Mr. Jaeckle stated that the agreement from Hr. Block was expected
allowing the extension of Sconset Ave.road to be petitioned for- with-
out opposition.
Plan Presented showing the Town Beach at Dionis with proprietor's
roads leading to it.
\Toted:to refer the plan to the Town Counsel to draw a petition to
layout and accept Tristram Ave.,Protrietor's road from Eel
Point. rtoad to Tristram Ave.,between Blocks 20 & 21jProtrietors
road from Eel Point Road to Tristram Ave.,between Blocks 24
and 25 and Proprietor's Road from Eel Point road to Tristram
Ave.,between Block 27A and Block 26.
Voted: to refer to the LOwn CotL~sel to draw petition to abandon
the County road called First Eel Point road North rillL~ing
from Eel Point road to the Nantucket Sound thnu Block 26,
across Tristram Ave. and aclross lot 4 to the Nantucket
sound.
The Order of Taking on Lower Pleasant St.,presented and Signed,
after changing in wording- easement to fee.
A letter from Gardner lJ .Russell Attorney for Kathleen Cunningham
concerning the insertion tlS an Artid:le in the To"m"arrant simiHar
to the one inserted last year to approve the changing of property lines
between the town and Nlrs. Cunningham along Brinton ~l.oad.
Voted:th'it the Clerk write Hr. Russell a.~d inform him that the
Commissioners feel he should put the Article in,if he
desires,because the Commissioners are of the opinion that
the town is not favorable to the exchange as shov.ffi by the
vote of the last annual Tmm Tvleeting.
The Clerk reported that owners of land north of Wamvinet Potel
had signed agreements for travel bJ tile public over their land at
a designated place,except Kafer,and his signature/as expected soon.
The Clerk was requested to see if Allen Backus had signed an
agreement for access to the harbor and to the ocean on his land north
of Nrs. Bennett's property.
The Clerk to check unfinished business.
The takings and plan of Tom Nevers !load from the ..::tate Road to
F.S.Naval Facility presented and discussed. It '.,ra:o filed Nov.27th by
