Present:Pease,Coffin,Hardy,Burgess,Glidden. Chairman Pease asked if any present had any business with the County Commissioners. Mr. Elwyn R.Francis Sr. stated the Chairman of the Right of Ways Comm.issee was not present and he had the notes. The mi.nutes of the last. meeti-ng rea<;i and approved by vote. The Order of Taking of land on Lower Pleasant St. presented. Lower PCheasantIt was ordered held over to the next meeting to fjnd out why the land Street was taken in easement rather than in fee. School St. Supt. of Streets Jaeckle stated that School Street in Surfside Surfside had been taken care of. A petition for laying out a road in Siaeconset presented. After discussion it ',ias voted:that Hr. Topham and Supt. of Streets Jaeckle see l1rs. Kenneth Coffin and Mr. Glowacki concerning land for a further extention of the ~roposed road and report at the next meeting. If the parties are in agreement a new petition should be presented including the further extention. Mr. Charles Sayles of the Right of Way Commi. ttee requested information f;lirt.<5f4. as to the progBess of: the roads to be laid out from ~el Point road to Triscom Ave.and.or the tov..'!l beach at Dionis. He wa~c informed "jjhat nothi~g had been done since the view held at W~tf?A F;~Q'd. j.e.",'.*' Dionis. And the ~'Jauwinet road through the Hotel property, and beyandthe Hotel property to Great Point. The Clerk is to check 'wi th the Town Counsel concerning the agreements to be signed by abuttors north of the hbtel property designating the road and trun offs to the harbor and ocean. Mr.Ernest Coffin asked that the COmLingham case be looked into for possible action at the next annual tOvnl meeting. The Clerk requested to have the plan and minutes at th next meeting. Hr.Elwyn Francis Sr. inquired as to the fence not having been moved on the Greenleaf property on Hulbert Ave. The Clerk was requested to check with Hr. Greenleaf as to the time the fence will be moved. Nr. Francis asked about John St. There was not comment.
