When Fred Hill, the last of the trustees ,dies does the park revert to the
Coffin estate or to the To;m?
Clerk to check with the Town. Counsel on the hedges on Easton street in
front of former Chamberlain property.
Discussion about lease on Harris property in Sconset where fence is in
the street. Mark for hearing with Mr. Harris when he. comes.
Disposition of Public Way bound on John St. was asked and the Commissioners
stated it should remain as is for the present.

The regular meeting of the County Commissioners called to order at 8 :05
P .M. by Chairman Pease.
Present: Pease,Glidden,Hardy,Burgess,Coffin.
The minutes of the last meeting read and approved by declaration.
A letter was presented from Leroy F.Ryder and Nellie A.Ryder stating
that land taken from them for widening Lower Pleasant Street damaged their Lower Pleasant
property to, an amount of $35.00. Street
Voted:to instruct the Town Counsel to draw a deed from said Ryders to
the Town and the Town Counsel is authorized to obtain a check
for $35.00 to said Ryders from the County Treasurer in settlement
for damage to their property.
A letter from the Nantucket Planning Board read, stating add Board
does not have any rights or powers in connection with roads until Official
Map is accepted by the town. t-J
Petition for, relocation of a section of Eel Point Road presented. ltJ f1f-
Voted:to advertise that a view and hearing on relocating a section of
Eel Point Road would be held at the locus,at 10 A.M. Wednesday
June 21th.
_ Mr. Walter S.Barrett inquired as to the trimming of brush along
C:ambridge Street , Ma.daket , and what action should be taken where the
Massassoi tRoad is over the bank, also concerning bounding Deleward landing. ci. ..,,..1..1. .
A letter was read from Mr. Greenleaf concerning where his land and the I If
town land adjoins.(This is to be checked to see that the town does not loosel
its interest in the land. )
Mr. Charles Sayles stated that Nonantum Ave. at Surfside had been graded
too deep ,making it difficult to enter roads leading from it. Also he wished
to. know if Indian Ave. on the Cliff was available for use? Also Mr. Sayles
said that Eell'oint Roads;Eel Point East,Eel Point North,and Eel Point road
to MadaketharlJor should be. marked to show they are public and th'ir location
identified.
