CALL TO ORDER: 9:00 a.m.

PRESENT: Robert Gardner, Neil Paterson, Allen Reinhard, John Stackpole.
ABSENT: Richard Glidden.
STAFF PRESENT: Eric Savetsky, Executive Director; Jesse Bell, Assistant Director.
John Bologna, Coastal Engineering; Ethan Griffin, Chip Webster Design; Chip Webster, Chip
Webster Design; and Joe Walker, Steve Stimson Landscape Architects, were also present at call to
order.
CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
A. GOLF BUSINESS
1. Miacomet Golf Course ( "MGC ") /Interview with Top Ranked Design Services
Proposals - Coastal Engineering Company, Inc. /Chip Webster Design Architecture
( "Coastal /Webster "): The Commission received a presentation from Coastal/Webster outlining their
qualifications and general approach to Phase One of the project, including a proposed timeline with
concrete deliverables on the road to achieving a master plan. The Commission asked various
questions about cost estimation, design philosophy, experience building consensus among board
members, and organizational structure as a joint venture. Coastal/Webster expressed their eagerness
to work on the project and thanked the Commission for their time.
John Bologna, Coastal Engineering, Ethan Griffin, Chip Webster Design; Chip Webster, Chip
Webster Design; and Joe Walker, Steve Stimson/Landscape Architects departed at this time.
The Commission discussed the pros and
