Special Meeting of June 29, 2015

CALL TO ORDER: 4:02 p.m.
PRESENT: Gardner, Glidden, Paterson, Reinhard, Stackpole.
STAFF PRESENT: Eric Savetsky, Executive Director; Jesse Bell, Assistant Director; Marian
Wilson, Assistant Administrator.
Robert Balaschi, Project Manager for A.P. Whitaker; Dean Geddes, staff reporter for The Inquirer
and Mirror were also present at call to order.
A. TRANSFER BUSINESS:
1 Five -Year Domicile and Ownership Compliance /Release of Lien Reissue — No. 14800
Nancy Forsyth Nelson: Upon a motion made and duly seconded, it was unanimously VOTED to
execute and authorize the issuance of a Release of Lien as a result of the purchaser fulfilling all of
the requirements of Section 12, subsection ( -m -).
B. GOLF BUSINESS:

confirmed all items that had been com
Jpdate: Mr. Balaschi reviewed the current plans and
or were near completion to date on the renovation.
These items included both locker rooxfis at 95% finished; the main floor with just a few soft spots
that will be reinforced underneath;Aost of the light fixtures had been installed; and all windows
had been trimmed and carpet ins fled that week. Items that will not be completed by Friday, July
3`d, include millwork supplied 1# J.C. Clocks; the bar will not be in place and there are a few
benches that will not yet be installed. The wood roof on the back deck will be completed however
there will be no railing on the amp. In addition,'several doors will be missing.
ADJOURNMENT: Upon a moti(�i made and duly seconded, it was VOTED to adjourn at 4:37 p.m.
