for over a year working on determining what is habitat and what needs to be done for a conservation plan
on the property.
Recently did an updated wetland line on this lot with on -going mowing and maintenance of the meadow
area close to the wetland line permitted under the RDA. This is a proposed residential development. All
construction outside the 50 and septic outside the 100. 50% of the 25 -50 will be kept as meadow. There is
some grading inside the 50; Massachusetts Natural Heritage wants the meadow within the 50 maintained.

Reviewed the existing pier. His firm looked at the condition a year ago and created an inspection report.
Most recently, the pier sustained substantial damage to the breakwater pier, the cat -walk piers, and the
finger piers. This proposal is to put back what is there and get it back to pre -storm condition. He is ready
