sense of place which some people feel does not include reflectors
in the center of the road. Others were neutral. The letter to the Mass
DOT was discussed but was not available for all to see. Ian will scan
the letter so that it can be sent out to NHC members.
6. In town Bike Path, Goose Pond. The letter of August 29 was passed
around the room. Kevin Kuester suggested that the letter be

existing conditions to make a comparison.

invited to send a representative to the NHC meetings would be the
HDC, Planning Board, the Land Bank and the Conservation
Commission.

cancelled because the notice had not been posted in time. Barry
Rector suggested that the Planning Board and the NHC have an
open meeting at a future date. Barry will contact Debbie with a
date.
10. New Business. Diane Coombs has an idea that the NHC should
study the problem of Demolition by Neglect using the problems of 6
Gull Island as an example of a problem to be solved. It will be a
continuing discussion to be brought up at future meetings.
