CALL TO ORDER: Mr. Beaugrand called the meeting to order at 2:05 PM. He also stated, as in past
year with the approval of the committee the deliberation rounds would be rendered to Mr. Brannigan
Approval of Agenda: Mr. Brannigan stated that the new business pertaining to the Sconset Golf Course
be moved ahead of deliberations with approval of the committee. The committee approved. Mr.
Beaugrand made a motion that the historic deed restriction requirement be waived based on the research
completed by the Nantucket Land Bank. The committee approved.
New Business: Letter from Jesse Bell, Assistant Director: Request for Waiver of Historic Restriction
Requirement ` Sconset Golf Course — Clubhouse Restoration Project
Mr. Brannigan thanked Mr. Richen and Ms. Stokes - Scarlett for getting all the documents to the
committee and creating a spreadsheet that is more complete than it has ever been.
Mr. Brannigan also stated that he and Mr. Beaugrand will be meeting with the Finance Director on
Monday, November 10 to get a dollar amount of what the CPC will have to work with. He further stated
that the state put a surplus amount into the CPA fund, which would increase the state match. The
information should be provided by the end of the week and a definitive answer on the revenue stream
after the meeting with the Finance Director. The information will be filtered to the committee as soon as
it is available.

I. Old Business: Mr. Rector requested additional information from the Pond Coalition regarding any
pesticides or other chemicals that are tom be used and their affects.
Mr. Rector requested Mr. Beaugrand check with town counsel to see if entering
into a, lease with the Coffin School creates a conflict.
A motion was made by Mr. Rector and passed 9 -0, to take up as first rder of
business on 11/12 second round of deliberations; a. approve administration budget for FY 16
b. approve third year payment of bond for turf field
c. decide Sachems Path FY 16 appropriation

Adjournment — 4:10 PM Mr. Glidden made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
It was seconded by Ms. Williams.
