CALL TO ORDER: Mr. Beaugrand called the meeting to order at 3:15 PM

Call to Order:
Approval of Agenda: Mr. DeCosta made a motion to approve the agenda. It was seconded by Mrs.
Damon
Approval of Minutes: October 15, 2013. Mr. DeCosta made a motion to approve the minutes. It was
seconded by Mr. Brannigan.
Correspondence: None
Guests: Diane O'Neil — Nantucket Public Schools Facilities Director — Request for combining
funding.
Ms. O'Neil presented a memo requesting for combining funding.
Mr. DeCosta made a motion to approve the request. It was seconded by Mr. Brannigan.
Vote 7 yes 2 abstained.
I. Fund Requisitions: Ms. Williams made a motion to pay the fund requisition A -C and E -G; it was
seconded by Ms. Dunton. Ms. Dunton made a motion to continue requisition d.
Boston/Higginbotham House Rehab Project until October 17, 2013. It was seconded by Ms.

Williams. A unanimous vote followed.

II. Old Business:
a. Hunting Association — Deferred the discussion until the next regular CPC meeting on
November 19, 2013
b. Personnel Policies as it relates to the CPC — No discussion. All matters were resolved Mr.
Beaugrand, Chair.
c. Nobadeer Farm Playing Fields Complex — There was a brief conversation regarding the field
house portion of this project. Discussion evolved regarding specific details of the field house
(detailed design and budget). The committee is anticipating an additional request for funding
in the future to complete this portion of the project.
HI.New Business:
a. Park & Recreation —New CPC Committee Appointee -- Ken Beaugmnd, Chairman
officially welcomed Tura Kelley to the CPC committee, followed by a welcome from the
rest of the CPC committee.
IV. Other Business: None
Adjournment — 4:00 PM — Ms. Williams made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mr. Rector.
The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 17d', 2013 in the Training Room of the
Public Safety Building located on 2nd floor at 4 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket, MA.
