II. Fund Requisitions: Ms. Williams made a motion to pay the fund requisition A -C and E-G; it was
seconded by Ms. Donlon. Ms. Damon made a motion to continue requisition d.
Boston/Higginbotham House Rehab Project until October 17, 2013. It was seconded by Ms.
Williams. A unanimous vote followed.

a. Hunting Association — Deferred the discussion until the next regular CPC meeting on
November 19, 2013
b. Personnel Policies as it relates to the CPC —No discussion. All matters were resolved Mr.
Beaugrand, Chan.
c. Nobadeer Farm Playing Fields Complex —There was a brief conversation regarding the
concession stand and whether it was approved. Ms. Williams made a motion that Mr.
Beaugrand contact town counsel and request a letter to move forward, seconded by Mr.
Brannigan. Ms. Dunton abstained. Ms. Kelley re- cused.
IV. New Business:
a. Park & Recreation —New CPC Committee Appointee —Ken Beaugrand, Chairman
officially welcomed Tara Kelley to the CPC committee, followed by a welcome from the
rest of the CPC committee.
V. Other Business: None
Adjournment — 4:00 PM — Ms. Williams made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mr. Rector.
The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 19", 2013 in the Training Room of the
Public Safety Building located on 2 "d floor at 4 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket, MA.
