Present: Ken Beaugrand, Richard Brannigan, David Larivee, Bob DeCosta, Barry Rector, Carol
Damon, and Linda Williams Administrator: Neville Richert, Glena Stokes- Scarlett
Call to Order: Mr. Beaugrand called the meeting to order at 3:28PM
Approval of Agenda: A motion to approve the agenda was made by Mr. Rector and seconded
by Mr. DeCosta. Approval vote: 7 -yes
Approval of Minutes: A motion to approve the minutes if March 19, 2013 was made by Mr.
Brannigan and seconded by Mr. DeCosta. Approval vote: 6 yes, 1 abstain (Ms. Williams)
A motion to approve the minutes of April 16, 2013 by Mr. Rector and
seconded by Ms Dunton. Approval vote: 6 yes 1 abstain (Ms. Williams).

Fund Requisitions: Mr. DeCosta made a motion to approve items a -I, and Mr. Rector seconded
the motion. Mr. DeCosta requested a report on the status of Sachem's Path which was given by
Mr. Larivee in which he said the Housing is still in a holding pattern on final licensing but is
still continuing the education and outreach for potential homebuyers. Mr. Brannigan also
reported on the Nobadeer Playing Fields, stating the grass is still not growing on the Fields. The
Committee agreed to request that the DPW superintendent and Diane O'Neil come to our next
meeting, along with receiving a report on the Fields from Ms Williams and Mr. Larivee.

Old Business: Review change to Request for Proposals (as seen on the TON website for the
CPC) on p.9 to read "work on the project must commence within two years from the date this
Grant agreement is signed by the parties, otherwise the Grant shall be rescinded"
A motion to make this change as amended was made by Ms Damon and seconded by Mr.
Brannigan; Vote 7 yes.
New Business: Mr. Richens' request for a full time position in the CPC office. After a brief
discussion it was determined that Mr. Beaugrand will have a talk with Ms Gibson about this
issue. Mr. Beaugrand also said that the Bond issue is moving forward.
Other Business: Mr. Beaugrand informed the committee that the office staff (after due
diligence) has been and still is (after accessing the new areas for posting) operating in
compliance with the open meeting law.
Adjournment: Ms Williams made a motion to adjourn at 4:15 pm and seconded by Ms.
Larivee, and the vote taken was 7 yes.
The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 in the Training Room of the
Public Safety Building at 3:15pm located on 2 "" floor at 4 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket, MA.
