Call to Order: Mr. Beaugrand called the meeting to order at 3:34PM
Approval of Agenda:
Approval of Minutes: Mr. Larivee made a motion to approve the minutes for January 15, 2013
meeting, seconded by Mr. Rector; positive vote followed.
Correspondence: Thank you letters from William Waller — Congregational Church and William
Tramposch, Executive Director of NHA/Fire House Cart House.
Guests: None
Fund Requisitions: Mr. Larivee made a motion to approve fund requisitions B -D. The motion
was seconded by Mr. Rector. A positive vote followed 5 -0. The vote for item A was 4 yes and
1 recused.

Old Business:
Ms. Damon has looking into the approval process for the Higgenbotham House. She will be in
touch with Bill Oliver for contact information.
Mr. Beaugrand stated that the Governor signed the legislation for H...57 on 2/15/2013. An Act
making appropriation for the fiscal year 2013 to provide for supplementing certain existing
appropriations and for certain activities and projects. The bill reads as follows: SECTION 5.
Paragraph (2) ofsubsection (b) ofsection 5 ofchapter 44B, as amended by section 77 ofchapter
139 of the acts of 2012, is hereby f rrther amended by inserting afer the word "prohibited" the
following words:- ; provided that projects approved by a municipality for the acquisition of
artificial turffor athletic fields prior to July 1, 2012 shall be authorized as a permitted use of
community preservation fmding.
We can now have and issue a bond for the turf field.
Adjoumment: Ms Williams made a motion to adjourn at 3:40 PM and it was seconded by Mr.
Larivee; positive vote followed.
The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 in the Training Room of the
Public Safety Building at 3:15pm located on 2nd floor at 4 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket, MA.
