VOTES / ROLL CALL
Approval of Agenda: Mr. Larivee made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Mrs. Dunton. A
positive vote followed 9 -0.
Approval of Minutes: Mr. Beaugrand asked if there were any changes, corrections, or objections of the
August 20 minutes. There was none, and the Chairman said, hearing none all those in favor say I.8 -0 Ms.
Williams had not arrived yet.

H. Fund Requisitions: Mr. Brannigan made a motion to pay the fund requisition A -G,
seconded by Mr. DeCosta. A positive vote followed 8 -0. Mrs. Williams had not arrived yet.

IV. New Business: Mr. Brannigan made a motion approve the personnel policy for the CPC. It was
seconded by Mr. Golding. A positive vote followed 8 -0. Mrs. Williams then arrived.
The committee then discussed FY' 15 applications, and then sent a tentative schedule for
upcoming meetings for reviews and presentations
V. Other Business: Mr. Brannigan made a motion to send a sympathy card to 2 Center Street and
the home of Nancy Nelson from the CPC Committee. It was seconded by Mrs. Dunton. A
positive vote followed 9 -0.
Adjournment: Meeting adjourned at 4:15 PM.
The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 in the Training Room of the Public
Safety Building located on 2 "d floor at 4 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket, MA.
