The Chairman welcomed Catherine Flanagan Stover of Town Clerk's Office

Presenter: Catherine Flanagan Stover
Mrs. Flanagan Stover introduced herself as the Town Clerk. She stated that the grant proposal is for
records restoration. Mrs. Flanagan Stover also stated the records dated before 1935 were in boxes and
were very brittle, therefore they are not accessible to the public. She spoke further of the types of records
that would be restored (i.e. marriage records, birth records, cemetery records etc.). These records will be
restored from negatives, positives, and ballot books.
Mrs. Flanagan Stover stated that this grant would be enough to get the project through a year.

Department of Public Works. The new mass will come in April and there will be a directional drill in
place to tap out the old mass. Mrs. Holdgate stated that they would be doing most of the work, however
the major expense is the mass and the instant concrete if needed.
