CALL TO ORDER: Mr. Beaugrand called the meeting to order at 12:07 PM and stated that Mr.
Branningan, Vice Chair will be chairing the deliberation meetings which has been the procedure in the
past.
Mr. Beaugrand announced that the CPA distribution will be allocating 52.6% of the locally raised
assessment, $966,617 from the state. Therefore the CPC Committee will have 3.3 million dollars to
allocate assuming that $500,000 is utilized from the reserve for open space.

Approval of Agenda: Mr. Rector made a motion to approve the agenda. It was seconded by Mr.
Beaugrand
Approval of Minutes: None
Approval of FY'15 Administrative Budget: Mr. Rector made a motion to approve the FY' 15 budget
for $110,000. It was seconded by Ms. Williams.
Approval of 2 °d year Bond: Ms. Williams made a motion to approve the bond for $125,000. It was
seconded by Mr. Rector

Mr. DeCosta made a motion to approve. It was seconded by Mr. Barham.

Ms. Williams made a motion to approve. It was seconded by Ms. Kelly.

Ms. Williams made a motion to approve. It was seconded by Mrs. Donlon
10. St. Paul's Church in Nantucket — Completion of a new exterior vestibule, walkway, LULA lift
and new stairway at St. Paul's Church - $295,000 — Dual Macintyre

Mr. DeCosta made a motion to approve. It was seconded by Ms. Williams.
11. Nantucket Island Land Bank— Sconset Golf course Clubhouse Restoration Project — $270,000-

Mr. Beaugrand made a motion to approve. It was seconded by Ms. Williams.

Ms. Williams made a motion to approve. It was second by Mr. DeCosta.

Mr. Brannigan stated that this was a very productive afternoon and that the time the CPC Committee
input is duly noted and appreciated.
Mr. Beaugrand thanked Glena Stokes - Scarlett for a job well done with respect to having all the materials
needed to the committee for the deliberation hearing(s) and that everything ran smoothly. He further
stated that this was Mrs. Stokes - Scarlett's first time through this process and that it was outstanding.
Mr. Bmnnigan added that the spreadsheet document which Glena Stokes - Scarlett created was a godsend.
All the copies and pertinent information that was provided to the committee was great. Thank you very
much.
Adjournment: 4:30 PM - Mr. Decosta made a motion to adjourn the meeting. It was seconded by Ms.
Williams.
