It was seconded by Ms. Kelley Approval of Minutes: Mrs. Kelly made a motion to approve the minutes. It was seconded by Mr. Bmnnigan. Nantucket Firemen's Association/ DeCosta/ $6,560.87 FY' 14 III.Old Business: AAMH/Higginbotham application interview: Mrs. Donlon stated that she thought the interview was adversarial. Ms. Kelly stated that some of the CPC members wore hats that pertained to other Committee's which may have caused that impression. Mr. Brannigan stated that the committee always asks tough questions but that the representatives of AAMH/Higginbotham did an excellent presentation and were professional in their response. Mr. Brannigan inquired if either any verbal or written communications were received in which the applicant expressed the feeling that they were treated in an adversarial manner. No such correspondence was received. IV. New Business: Report on meeting with FinCom 12 -9: Mr. Beaugrand and Mr. Brannigan stated that they addressed every applicant/application who is receiving an award, and that the Fin Com endorsed the Committees recommendations. V. Other Business: None Adjournment: 4:45 PM — Mr. DeCosta made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
