CALL TO ORDER: Mr. Beaugrand called the meeting to order at 3:15 PM

Ms. Dunton made a motion to delay processing/payment for item d. until she gets clarity on
the project and what stage it's in. It was seconded Mr. DeCosta.

There was significant discussion to this item after which a positive vote followed.
I. Old Business:
Ms. Kelly reported on some remaining issues that surfaced during the most recent zoning
board of appeals meeting regarding Sachems Path. A discussion ensued and Ms. Kelly
will draft a letter in support of the project. The letter will be forwarded to the Chair and
the committee for comments and suggestions. The Chair will file the letter and have it
ready for the subsequent zoning meeting on February 13.
