1. Bachman Property /158 Orange Street - Viewing and Planning Discu�on.fter
some discussion, the Commission agreed that the permitting process should be started remove all
buildings from the property. There was concern about leaving the back house vacant for a significant
period of time and it was suggested that Mr. Savetsky should consider living there, as he may be in
need of temporary housing. The Commission also suggested that Mr. Savetsky speak with golf
management as to their housing needs since they will be losing the use of the front house.
2. Gaillard Property /Consue Springs - Invasive Species Removal: Commissioner
Stackpole suggested, as a way to expedite the project, that the Land Bank look into outsourcing the
Phragmites removal work and distributed a handout on a New England company that specializes in
wetlands restoration projects like these. Mr. Savetsky indicated that he would explore potential options
for accelerating the work.
ADJOURNMENT: Upon a motion made and duly seconded, it was VOTED to adjourn at 10:10 a.m.
