Call to Order: Mr. Beaugrand called the meeting to order at 3:19PM
Approval of Agenda: Mr. DeCosta made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Mr. Brannigan;
positive vote followed.
Approval of Minutes: Ms Dunton made a motion to approve the minutes for October 16, 2012, seconded
by Mr. DeCosta; positive vote followed.
Correspondence: None.
Guest: None.
Fund Requisitions: Mr. DeCosta made a motion to approve items A-J, seconded by Mr. Larivee;
positive vote followed.

Old Business: Administrative Expense. Administrator Neville Richen provided the committee members
the information requested regarding administrative costs. Mr. Richen commented on the information
provided, gave updates on the growing administrative tasks, and talked about future budgetary needs.
New Business: Mr. DeCosta brought up the Sconset Golf Course Barn Restoration project. A recent
Nor'easter flattened the structure,which the CPC recently voted to fund for restoration prior to the
incident.
Other Business: Ms Dunton gave an update on the Higginbotham House project.... Mr. DeCosta told the
committee that there is a possibility the FAA property in Madaket may go on sale soon.
Adjournment: Mr. Kuester made a motion to adjourn at 3:35 pm and seconded by Mr. Larivee; positive
vote followed.
The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 18,2012 in the Community Room of the
Public Safety Building at 3:15pm located on 1st floor at 4 Fairgrounds Road,Nantucket, MA.
