Discussion
Review of distance to the three resource areas. Loss of parking spaces for harbor
users and access for launching boats. No reasonable alternative: discuss possible
use of Land Bank Property, building on a trailer frame and possible use of storage
bins. There are no toilet facilities planned. Main objection is size of structure and
location. Discussion of possibility of inundation versus mean high water line.

Salt marshes Nr 7 — "elevated walkways determined to be .. ." remove "water
dependent use "; add "no storage of man -made materials on salt marshes ".
Definitions: add Salt Ponds; swamps delete phragmites; alter, grammatical
change;
Section 2.09 Performance Standards Nr 3 — typo.
Section 3.10 Coastal Banks and Beaches Nr 5 — add "any building built or
substantially improved."
Abandoned structures — change to read 5 years for land management and 3 years
for structures; no final decision made on this.
Page 7, Eroding Shoreline — "6 -year period" change to "15 -year period."
