Page 36 section 2.08B Performance Standards — Discussion about removal of "as commissioners determine" which is too open- ended. Page 45 section 3.02 Fertilizer use Performance Standards — language come from the proposed Local Regulations 75.00, Application of Fertilizers on Nantucket Island. Changes to Table of Context. Page 31 — Delete "careful "; Nr 7 Performance Standard trends over "150 -year period" add "and 15 years ". Salt marshes Nr 7 — "elevated walkways determined to be .. ." remove "water dependent use "; add "no storage of man -made materials on salt marshes ". Definitions: add Salt Ponds; swamps delete phragmites; alter, grammatical change; Section 2.09 Performance Standards Nr 3 — typo. Section 3.10 Coastal Banks and Beaches Nr 5 — add "any building built or substantially improved." Abandoned structures — change to read 5 years for land management and 3 years for structures; no final decision made on this. Page 7, Eroding Shoreline — "6 -year period" change to "15 -year period."
