Neville Richen CALL TO ORDER: Vice -Chair called the meeting to order at 3:50 Approval of Agenda: Yes Purpose of Meeting: To discuss and review Fin Com motions regarding Articles 31, 32, and 67 Vice -Chair Brannigan informed the committee regarding Fin Com meeting of March 27, 2012. Attending for CPC were Brannigan, DeCosta, Larivee and Adm. Neville Richert. The Fin Com started with Article 32: Bonding for the Athletic Fields on Nobadeer Farm Road; after a good discussion in which Mr. DeCosta stated that "this is a perfect project to Bond," Fin Com moved to reconsider its original motion, which was passed unanimously. Fin Com issued a positive motion to support Article 32 which passed with one abstaining. On Article 67: Bylaw Amendment; after a lengthy discussion Fin Com moved to reconsider their original motion, which was passed unanimously. Fin Com moved to a positive motion for a technical amendment to return to the wording of the original warrant; the motion passed unanimously. Article 31: Fin Com moved not to reconsider this article. Article 31 Appropriation for FY' 13 CPC Fund. A motion was made by Mr. Rector and seconded by Mr. Larivee a positive vote followed, to have Mr. Brannigan call Article 31 and present an amendment to reinstate the appropriation for Sachem's Path. It was also suggested that Mr. Brannigan contact and inform Sara Alger of these changes and of his intention to speak on the floor at ATM along with Gisele Gauthier director of HAC and Renee Ceeley of NHA. Adjournment Motion by Mr. DeCosta at 4:14 seconded by Mr. Rector positive vote followed. The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 3:15 in the Community Room of the Public Safety Building located on 1" floor at 4 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket, MA.
