Discussion
Golding — Measured foot print and set back. Closest part of addition to done is 41
feet. 130 square feet (SF) of the new addition is within buffer. Prefer esthetic of
the low design.
Staff — There is no landscaping proposed. Application is for removal of the shed,
moving the pathway, installation of septic and the addition. A second floor would
also require a waiver.
Steinauer — Going up to a second floor is an option.
Oktay — two options: 1) no reasonable alternative 2) no impact.
Steinauer — Talking about a buffer to a dune, not a wetland or bank. It is a small
structure, and adding 300SF looks like a lot.
