Minutes of the meeting of September 9, 2010: The meeting took place at
4pm at 2 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket, MA 02554.
Members Present: Dorothy Hertz, chair., Linda Barrett, sec., John Belash,
Sue Marques, Augie Ramos, Mary Wawro, Linda Williams (4:32pm)
Staff Present: Maryanne Worth, Ann Medina
Members of the Public: Whitey Willauer (BOS)
I. Meeting called to order: The meeting was called to order at 4:04pm.
II. Quorum: A quorum was established.
III. Approval of Agenda/Minutes: The agenda was approved
unanimously. The minutes of September 2, 2010 were also unanimously
approved.
IV. Public Comment: No comment from the public at this time.
V. Action/Discussion: Discussion started with recommendations about
the wording on the report for the BOS. Maryanne had a flow chart which
may be used for the cover of the report.
4: 11 pm Whitey Willauer came to the meeting.
We were asked by Maryanne to look over the CHNA 27 document and
our questionnaire that was sent to the agencies for comparison and to
decide how we would want the wording on our report.
4:18pm Ann left to make copies of the questionnaire.
4:21pm Ann came back with the copies.
4:32pm Linda Williams arrived at the meeting.
The comparative evaluation criteria needs to be clearer. Levels of funding
and the process for monitoring contracts were also discussed with
clarified suggestions from John provided on separate sheets as were the
possible changes for our recommendations.
4:53pm Sue Marques left the meeting.
4:55pm Ann left to make more copies.
4:57pm Ann came back with copies.
We also have the listing of mortgagee sale notices from the Inquirer &
Mirror newspaper and an article about mortgagee sales to include in the
report.

A short discussion on the scope of services also took place.
Next meeting: The next meeting will be September 10,2010 at 4pm at 2
Fairgrounds to continue refining the report. The meeting after that will
be September 14 at 4pm at 2 Fairgrounds Road.
Adiourned: The meeting adjourned at 5:06pm.
