Members Present: Maureen Beck, Chair, Kathleen Van lieu; Beach Manager Jeff Carlson; Tom Quigley
arrived at 4:00 PM; Tom Dickson and Chris Magee absent
Mrs. Beck declared a quorum when Mr. Quigley arrived at 4:00 PM after being delayed in Hyannis by
high winds. Because another meeting was scheduled for the conference room at 4:00 PM, she
convened the meeting only to approve the Minutes of the last meeting on September 7. Mr. Quigley
moved, with Mrs. Van lieu seconding, those Minutes, which received the approval of the members
present.
The members agreed to call the next meeting for a date in February 2011. In the meantime Mr. Carlson
offered to e-mail monthly reports regarding winter work and beach news to the members. He also
hopes to print the 2011 version of the Beach Driving Brochure early in 2011.
Mr. Quigley moved, with Mrs. Van Lieu seconding, adjournment at 4:03 PM.

Just had a thought about last Thursday's Minutes, thanks to Kathleen. If Tom Quigley, Kathleen, and I
approve them by a-mail, I can file them with the Town Clerk now rather than wait until February for approval.
What do you think? Jeff, OK? There is litUe substance in them to argue about.
