The question \vdG raised as to the jurisdiction of the Personnel D~Qrd over County employees.Nr. Young will investigate as to 1,/ho h2.8 the @uthority to make the Per30nnel Board resp@nsible.Mr. lJotter will Qlso check with Arthur DesrGcher.( Nete: This was done and Mr. Desrocher will furnieh a written opinien.) ~ Mrs. Pignato presented a petitiem, duly signed by 22 voters, that a representative of the Town empleyees attend Beard meetings in a n_n- veting and advis0ry capacity. Mr. Kenward moved and Mr. PQtter aeconded that the matter be further discussed at the meeting of Nevember 20th, and that in the interim all Department Heads and interested parties be advised per Section 6-A of the Pers~nnel By-Law. The lack of an iappointment tCi>> fill the vacancy on the Personnel BGurd was raised. Mrs. Perry will seek a ruling from Town Consul on exactly who is elg,1.ble te serve on such a Board.
