The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. with the fgl10wing
members present:
Donald Oliver

Robert Potter
Lydle Rickard
Janet Wagner, To~m Nurse, appeared with questions regarding
Overtim~ payor Compensating tome off for part-time nurses. A
motion was m~de ~nd pa~3ed to pay nur~es Egan and Sherm~n over-time

at the old(1977) rate. q:he classification of Jeanne f.1axwell was
changed from S-3 to S-5 as of July 1, 1978.
Mrs. IDlivo Garrabranat( Island Home) rai~ea questions rogarding the
classification of Jeanette Snow, Supervising Nurse. She was requested
to write the Board requesting a higher classification. Lynne Flory
'VlaD ralGcd to S-5 arH1 the Activi tics Director, Dorothy Bronson,
was increased to; a rate of B3.90 per hour.
Following discussiQn am0:ng BoarQ members, the classification
ana salary for Gerald Eldri~ge, SiascGnset Water Dept. was
approved.
