PERSONNEL BOARD
Minutes of Meeting Monday, June 26, 78
The meeting commenced at 7pm withthe following members present:
Donald Oliver
Douglas Kenward
Robert Potter

Elly stott
The following Selectmen presented the Board with a recommendation.
Roger Young
Ken. Holdgate ~r
Walter Knott
Norman Beach
They \~ished to recommend that the Board consider compensating
Norman Chaleki (Building-Inspector) at the ~op step in his grade
S - 16. A letter accompanied the request. This was talt,:en under
advisement.
The, Board then worked on getting all the forms filled out with
the 'salary-level of all town-employees for the Town-Treasurer,
so the plan can go into effect July 1, 78
The meeting adiourned at 10.30pm.
Next meeting will be held Thursday, June 29, 78 at 7pm in the
Town-Building
