A general discussion regarding use of Personnel Forms
started.
Douglas Kenwarc! will finalize letter regarding "Salary
Changes and Request under the Budget".

Next meeting the Board will start work on the Personnel
files, names, grades etc.
Meeting adjourned at Bpm.
