The meeting commenced at 7pm with all members present.
Donald Oliver reported that he spoke with Caleb Marsh re.
possible consulting. We should receive a reply in the mail
with fees and services offered. .
I.v. was also establish+ed that we have no jurisdiction over
County-Personnel. A letter stating so, will be send to Mrs.
Margaret Pignato, Registry of Deeds, regarding her request
for a salary-increment for Mrs. Sandra Chadwiek.
A letter also will be send to the Board of Selctmen regarding
Exec. Secr. salary (see attached copy)
Emp1"yee-forms Vlere discussed. Ameeting has to be scheduled
with ~ll dept.-heads to present and explain these forms.
Douglas Kem.,rard presented a l.'lemo to Selectmen, Dept Heads,
Committees and Boards explaining Salary request and Changes
under the Budget. Before this memo is sent out two (2) more
sections are to be added ( #4, #5 ) covering the sub~ncts of
time-cards and physical-exam requirements, since these subjects
are covered in the By-Law.
Meeting adjourned at 8pm.
Next meeting will be held Monday, June 12, 78 in the Town
Building.
