~he meeting started at 7pm with the following members
present: Donald Oliver
Elly Stott
Robert lJotter
IJydle Rickard
It is felt that all newly elected positions should be
reimbursed at the same rate of pay as the outgoing officials
were receiving.
A discussion followed re. above suo:ject and whether it should
be put in the By-Law for next Town-~eeting. See page 6, articles
P & R in the Classification By-Laws.
Donald Oliver will also check with Caleb Marsh what services
and at what cost he cc:uld offer the Personnel Board. At the
same time Donald Oliver will also check with Mr. Harsh reo
County-positions. }Jargaret Pignato came to the Board meeting
regarding Sandra Chadwick (see minutes May 15, 78), but until
we have a reply from Mr. Marsh we can not make a decision on
that subject.
Elly stott will check into the Audio-testinB for town-physicals.
Meeting adjourned at 8.30pm.
Next meeting to be held Tuesday, May 30, 78 at 7pm .
