Meetins commenced at 7pm with the following members present:

Margaret Pignato, assistant registrar of R~5~stry of Deeds read
a letter (copy in file) to tho Board reClues ting that Sandra Chad'.-rick,
clerk in above office, be given the b8mpensation-level of S-6
(schedule B) Vts. Chadwick~s presently-beinG paid at the rate of
S4.02/hr. In ~uly 1978 this automatically would ~o to 84.05/hr
as in step 2 S-:6. 'ehe budget in this depa t~ment could cover the
cost of such.
Donald Oliver will talk with Caleb f'arsh re. county-employees vs

Elly Stott felt that Mrs. Chadwick should be kent in S-3 level.

are S-3. If one exception would be made there would be a rebellion.
There was a general discussion reo employee-forms. Elly will check

Island Home.
