Mr. Norman Beach, selectman, presented the fact that Sylvia Howard
has been appointed interim (actirig) building-inspector until VI'.

I,inda Cahoon has been re-appoint'ed dog-ofi'lc'er at the same salary
with Paul Poor as assistant dag-ooficer.
Donald Oliver announced that until such time as the Att. Gen.
'approves the present 'Personnel Board & by-laws no changes in such

The different fo~ms needed for all town-emnloyees were discussed.
A package is to be put to-gether by Rabt. Potter and Doug. Kenward.
Phys. exam forms & health questionnaire to be discussed with a doctor
by Elly Stott for suggestions and/or approval.
A personnel data-chanr;e form was adout.ed.
Application forms to be designed as well as time-cards.
Total package to consist of:
application form
phys. exam & health questionnaire
personnel data-change form
time-cards
Doctor for such physical is to be appointed by Personnel Board.
The town is respo~sible for costs of above.
The individual dapt.s. should include the estimated costs of phys.
amd salary-increases in their respective budgets.
