RE: Park & Recreation Commission - File Copy
Dear Linda,
I am writing to confirm our conversation this morning regarding the reference to
"file copy" as stated in the Park & Recreation Commission's Meeting Minutes.
The Park & Recreation Commission's "file copy" refers to the original minutes
which are filed in the Park & Recreation Commission's office.
The Commission retains 3 ring binders in which all materials included in the bi-
weekly agenda packets are filed. Once the Minuets have been approved the
original minutes, and any attachments, are filed at the Commission's office in the
3 ring binder.
If anyone wishes to view any attachments referenced in the Park & Recreation
Approved Meeting Minutes please refer the inquiring party to this office; 508-228-
7213. 'recommend calling first since the office is only staffed part-time.
