Special Meeting of September 30, 2008

CALL TO ORDER: 4:05 P.M.
PRESENT: Bartlett, Gardner, Johnson, Reinhard, Stackpole. ABSENT: None.
A. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
1. Miacomet Golf Course - Request for Proposals Discussion: The Commission reviewed
the Request For Proposals (RFP) for Management Services at the Miacomet Golf Course, and after
a discussion, agreed that the RFP should be a one-year contract with the option to renew for up to
an additional three years. Upon a motion made and duly seconded, it was VOTED to release the
RFP subject to the inclusion of the discussed amendments, with a public posting beginning October
9,2008 and a deadline for submissions until 3 p.m., November 7,2008.
ADJOURNMENT: 5:45 P.M.
