Mr. Yacus requested that the minutes of the County Commissioners be read regarding the feasibility of taking Hinckley Lane and Wannacomet Way. The County Commissioners requested a recommendation from the Right of Ways . Committee. . Mrs. Marble asked what is involved in a taking of a road. Will obtain 1 itera ture from the County Commi ss i oners Offi ce. After considerable discussion about abutters rights and turnarounds at the end of the ways, Mr. Eldridge made a motion to table the matter until the committee members view the ways in question. Regarding the Polpis Harbor Access. Mr. Eldridge stated that he agreed with Mr. Waines thinking as to where to take a piece of land if a taking is necessary. (suggested taking a piece -of land off the Polpis Harbor Access Road) The Planning Commission was requested to look into the matter.
