The regular meeting of the Rights of Way Committee was held in the Town and
County Building on October 1, 1980 at 8:00 Pm with Mr. Waine and Mr. Visco
being absent.
The Committee discussed Nobadeer Way as to whether the Town has any legal
rights in the Way. From the information available to the Committee the
members feel that the Town does have rights in the way, but recommend that
the matter be checked out with Town Counsel due to the procedure of taking.
So motioned by Mr. Eldridge, seconded by Mr. Yacus, so voted.
Mr. Yacus made a motion to adjourn at 9:10 PM seconded by Mr. Eldridge,
so voted.
