Special Meeting
April 4, 2008
The meeting was called to order at 4:00 PM by Chairman E. Foley Vaughan with the following
Commissioners present: Carl D. England, Jr. and Dual A. Macintyre, Jr.
Also present was Airport Manager Al Peterson, Tina Smith, Finance Director, Jeff Marks, Airfield
Supervisor and Janine Torres, Administrative Assistant to the Airport Manager.
At 4:01 PM it was M/S/P to convene into Executive Session to discuss the Union Contract not to
reconvene into regular session by the following vote:
Chairman E. Foley Vaughan - Aye
Commissioner Carl D. England, Jr. - Aye
Commissioner Dual A. Macintyre, Jr. - Aye
