By-Laws:
The Commission's current by-laws, which were prepared by the Massachusetts
Office on Disability as sample operating by-laws, were actually adopted last
summer at our July meeting. We reviewed and edited these by-laws at January's
meeting to conform to our Commission's needs. Linda motioned to accept these
new changes to our existing by-laws, Dick seconded the motion, and it was so
voted. I will make the necessary changes to this document and the Commission
will review the edited document at the next meeting.
