The Chairman called the hearing to order. The Commission reviewed the
Notice for a new sepUc system and the reduction in size of a bulkhead on
"Hallowell Lane.
A field inppection was scheduled.
The public hearing was closed at 7:40 PM.

The Chairman called the hearing to order. The Commission reviewed the
Notice for the proposed rebuilding of two groins located on Hulbert Avenue.
A field inspection was scheduled,

The regular meeting of the Conservation Commission was called to order at
7:46 PM by Chairman Borchert. Members present: M. Arnold, P. Bennett, G.
Burchell ,C. Borchert and C. Pearl.
1. d-Aud.ience to press and public.. Mr. Jerome Ashley and Ms, Donna Cussons
were present to discuss the Coletti property located on Cliff Road.
They inquired whether the Commission had put a time limit on the restoration
of the filled pond on the property. Ms. Cussons expressed concern on
the possibility of spring flooding effecting her house and septic system
due to the filling of the pond.
2. Request for (prtifiC:ntp of Complian.ce~ - Notices of Intent SE48 and SE48-162.
The Commission voted to issue a Certificate of Compliance to Ms. Shirley
Carter and to Ms! Adelaide Chuckrow for the construction of a bulkhead at
Quaise, So voted.

to ;'ssue an, Extension Permit for the proposed construction of a stairway at
Tom Nevers, So voted.
4. Mr. Peter Halstead - Mioxes Pond~ The Commission reviewed a report submitted
by Mr. Halsted. It was voted to place the report on file.
5. Mr, rr~ig npRliprk - RpqllPSt for Determination. The Commission voted to schedule
a field inspection of the property located on Madaket.
6, Correspondence. The Chairman informed members the following~letters had been
sent:
1. Letter of support for Town acquisition .of land near Sconset wel1fie1d.
2. Letter to dredge special area at Madaket Harbor.
3. Letter to teacher Bruce Francis re: student erosion project at Madaket
Town Pier.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 PM.
