Members present were: P. Waine, L. Dunn, M. Arnold, L. Leske, P. DunwiJJie, C. Pearl. Members absent were A. Silva. 1. Orders of Conditions: a. Peter Dow - SE 43-295 - The Commission voted to issue an Order of Conditions with three special conditions. 1. To Follow the contractors instructions to prevent damage tu beachgrass and dune. 1 No revetment clause 3. Replanting clause b. Austin Farms (i1aury SE48-297) - The Commission voted to issue an Order of conditions. 2. Requests for Determination: a. Glen Menard = The Committee voted that this area is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act, and a ~!otice of Intent is required. b. Gill - The Committee voted that this area was not subject to the Wetlands Protection Act. 3. Certificates of Compliance: a. Sutnell Corp. (Hatch' s SE.42-....37) - The committee voted to issue a Ceftificate of Compliance. b. Robert Kay ~ SE48-~13 - The Committee voted ~o issue a Certificate of Lumpl iance. 4. Planning Board Referrals: a. Gilfoy - The Committee voted to advise the Planning Board that this project is not subject to the Wetlands Protection Act. Cumming - The Committee voted to advise the Planning Board that this Project is not subject to the Wetlands Protection Act. 5. Field Inspections: a. Kay - :1on. 13, 1~35 b. Mathews - Mon. 13, 1985 c. The Chairman read a letter from St. George about Bulldozing in front of Thulllson property on Ha 11 OWE:: 11 Lane. 7. Other Business: a. The Commission discussed a house in C,d Fish Park which was removed. Carl Borchert said the original permit has been renewed but the existing order has run out. The Committee would like to reviehl the original order. There was discussion on whether to write a polite letter or to issue a cease and desist order. b. The Committee discussed the Public Hearing procedures. Concearn over the lack of formality. c. The Committee discussed the need to make either positive or negative findings on flotices of Intents as presented and not to have so mar.y continuations while applicants revise their plans. The meeting was adjourned at 9:42 p.m.
