ORA"~ ~....~ ..........."", Town of Nantucket Conservation Commission Town and County Building Nantucket, Massachusetts 02554 March 28, 1985 The regular meeting of the Nantucket Conservation Commission was called to order at 8:35 p.m. Members present were: M. Arnold, L. Leske, P. Waine, L. Dunn, P. Dunnwiddie, A. Silva. Members absent were: C. Pearle 1. Minutes of March 21, 1985 The minutes were approved by unanimous vote. 2. Orders of Conditions: a. Zawacki, SE48-278 P. Waine moved for a standard order of conditions. So voted. 3. Other Business: a. M. Bachman asked for a certificate of compliance for lot 120 Meadowview Drive. Larry Maury has certificate of occupancy. A field inspection was set up for Tuesday April 9, 1985. b. M. Bachman asked to have an inspection for determination on isolated wetlands for Cranberry Construction. M. Arnold moved to schedule an inspection for Tuesday April 9, 1985. c. Warrens Landing- The possibility of getting a D-9 or D-10 Cat bulldozer from Clyde Tripp, the fire marshall from the cape, was discussed. The chairman set up a committee made up of L. Leske, L. Dunn, and P. Waine to look into possibilities. The chairman will speak to DEQUE about viewing the site and getting the necessary permits. d. Con sue Springs - A. Silva told the committee that the fence will be up by next week. e. L. Dunn moved to have Carl Borchert as an advisor to the Committee. So voted. f. The advertisement in the Inquirer and Mirror regarding the Boat- yard pier site was discussed. e. The meeting was adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
