inspection for June 23, 1986 so that the applicant could be present.

b. Michael Kane - SE48-333. The commission scheduled a field inspection
for June 23, 1986.
5. Orders of Conditions
a. Leonard Sherman - SE48-335. The commission issued Orders of Conditons

twenty feet on each side of the two culvert locations on both sides
of the roadway.
6. Audience to press in public
a. Mr. Robert Sarvis was present as the agent for Stuart Steele, SE48-270.
Revised plans for the proposed stairs and walkway were presented
to the commission, as the existing plans would not work with the
actual contours of the dune. L. Leske moved to accept the revised
plans with no more than 15" of the same grain size of sand be used
as fill. So voted.
7. Correspondence
a. Mr. Robert Elliotts letter requesting an extention of two weeks to
submitt his Notice of Intent for an existing retaining wall on his
property was read. Mrs. Elliott was present. P. Waine moved to issue
the extention. So voted.
b. Massachusetts Audubon Society. P. Waine moved to order a complete
set of ground water flyers for the office. So voted.
c. Murray Freedman's letter regarding his opposition to Mr. Robert
Elliotts retaining wall was read. P. Waine moved to make this
letter part of the Elliott's file. So voted.
d. Nantucket Surveyors - Dick Earle was present as the agent for
Ken Cross and Joan Barr, SE48-347. The applicant requested that the
commission accept revised plans for the location of their house
and septic system without filing a new Notice of Intent. P. Waine
moved to require the filing of a new Notice of Intent as the changes
are too significant to accept without holding a public hearing.
So voted.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 9:00.
