Commissioner Craig suggested that in order to lessen the workload
of the Manager, to provide more time for planning, that an
assistant be hired, perhaps on a part-time basis. He also
suggested the Manager have a private office in which to work
uninterrupted. The Manager informed the Commission that there
was no money in the budget at this time for an additional person
and hopefully the workload will lessen. Also, once 11cGrath
Aviation takes over the fueling concession, that there will be
room in the present Operations area to move the Airfield
Supervisor's deSK, which is currently sharing her office.
Mr. Lydle Rickard's letter was read regarding the plantings

to the 20-year lease with PBA, which has Qeen absorbed by Bar

something about the bathrooms now to make them more presentable
to the public. Chairman Mayhew offered to get together with the
Maintenance Foreman and discuss the Com~ission's wishes and
