RE: Town of Nantucket - Recommended Committee Guidelines - Adopted December 13, 1989
Dear Catherine Stover,
In accordance with the above guidelines, the Community Preservation Committee wishes to file copies of
Minutes that have been approved by the Committee. Enclosed please find copies of the approved Minutes from
the following meetings;
March 19,2002, April 23, 2002, May 21,2002, June 18, 2002, July 16,2002, August 20, 2002, September 25,
2003, October 8, 2002, October 9,2002, October 15, 2002, November 5,2002, November 6,2002, November
12,2002, November 19, 2002, December 17, 2002, January 21,2003, February 19,2003, March 18,2003, May
20,2003, and June 17,2003.
Three sets of Minutes have not yet been approved; September 17,2002, April 15, 2003, and July 15,2003.
Once these minutes are approved, copies will be filed with your office. Thank you for your assistance in this
matter.
