Meeting was called to order by Moderator Alger at 9:02 a.m. Of 9246 Registered Voters, 1022 were present for an 11% voter turnout. Channel 18 livestreamed the proceedings. Option Technology’s electronic check- in services and hand-held voting devices were distributed and utilized throughout the course of this meeting. After the reading of the Return of the Warrant, a voice vote was held to accept the utilization of “Town Meeting Traditions and Procedures”, in addition to “Town Meeting Time”. The vote was unanimous.
