▪82% of respondents are year-round residents
▪94% of respondents described the overall recreation facility quality as adequate or needs
improvement (49% -needs improvement)
▪58% or respondents rated Tom Nevers Field as poor or fair condition
▪42% to 48% of respondents rate Tom Nevers, Children’s and Fisherman’s Beaches as fair or
poor
▪Tom Nevers Park needs improvement across the board
▪45% of respondents believe passive recreation improvements should be added at Lincoln
Circle or Hulbert Ave and the East Street Circle and 25% believe they should be improved with
active and passive recreation
▪Additional indoor facilities (various activities) continue to top the list as the most pressing
need (48% desired indoor facility)
