Nantucket Memorial Airport Commission Executive Session —December 8, 2015 2021 U(% 23 API
The meeting took place at Town of Nantucket's Community Meeting Room. First Floor,
4 Fairgrounds Road,Nantucket, MA.
Present:
Chairman Daniel Drake Airport Manager Tom Rafter
Vice Chair Arthur Gasbarro
Commissioner Jeanette Topham
Commissioner Anthony Bouscaren
Commissioner Andrea Planzer via phone due to geographical distance, stated she is alone
Meeting called to order at 5:45 p.m. following an Open Session meeting by motion to
enter executive session for the purposes enumerated on the meeting agenda per MGL
c.30A section 21(a), clauses as listed below per topic, not to return to open session.

a). Review of the Executive Session Minutes as listed on the meeting Agenda. - Hold for
future meeting. No Action.
b). Clause 3: Discuss strategy and threatened litigation with respect to the GA building.
Commission reviewed the ongoing matter with Manager Rafter. Will have an Executive
Session meeting on 12/22/15 to discuss further.
c). Clause 6: Consideration of matters related to real property listed on A.L.P. Exhibit A.
specifically the so-called Thompson House parcel. Chairman Drake to speak with Land
Bank Chairman Allen Reinhard. Commission to hold off on action for now.
d). Clause 3 & 6: Gatto Land Claim— Waiting to hear from Claimant.
