Proposed on Center St side. Would prefer facing the street Kuester- not near entrance. Cutone- suggested a projecting sign facing the court yard. Visible from Center St and close to entrance. Has submitted application for another sign on Manor Hse called Solid and Stripes (July and August). Sister ship sign on a post Kuester- Questioned menu board and etched pavers. Concerned about precedent. Some things on MSP but not applied for. Etched pavers indicated on MSP but no application. Solid and Stripes sign should be near entrance. Cutone-thinks pavers are benign. More directional- not advertising anything-no concerns. Has seen markers on public way. MSP "could" have future signs. Sister ship has armature and fence. Comfortable with proposal. Young- Need application for MSP. If have menu box, needs to be applied for. okay to leave on MSP. Thinks etched pavers are "atypical" but should go thru the process. Asked he submit an application for the pavers.
